What would be on your "TISM For Beginners" CD?
As a TISM fan in the USA, I'm trying to make as many new fans as possible. What tracks would you suggest for a "TISM For Beginners" CD designed to introduce people to the band? Obviously, one would need to include the hits, like "Defecate" and "River," but what else should go on there?

Agreed. From my observation, "Everyone Else Has Had More Sex Than Me" would also be a necessity, as it's the one I've gotten the most people hooked on. As a fan from Canada I can sympathize, North America needs more TISM!

Good call guys, especially zero_yards' picks - love all of those. best.off would be a good bet...Familiar songs on CD 1, all sorts of other excellent stuff on CD 2.

It's a brain explosion trying to narrow down all their tracks best for "beginners" into 74-80 minutes!

It would have to be a 2 disc set... Best Off disc one being the first, then the second with a mixture of classic songs and rants. Stuff like If you're Ugly Forget it, Kill Yourself Now, I'm Interested in Apathy, And the ass said to the angel, "do you wanna play kick to kick", Dazed and confucious, Life Kills/Pus of the Dead, I might be a cunt, TISM are SHIT. Maybe they're just my choices, but still not a bad choice for an international audience
