I'll be at a pub around the corner (don't know the name) with Geoff from the Facebook group sinking a few. I'll be getting there at 6pm, might even have a bevvy or two with the band if they're there. I was tempted to wear a TISM shirt to make myself obvious, but I won't be doing that now. I'll have a blue bag (don't call it a man bag ladies!)...come along and say hi. Although if you do go to the 'park' (is it close?) I may come and say hi there.

this could be interesting...2 hicks from denison and a dude from adelaide trying to find a park near the retreat in brunswick........hmmmm...didnt have a particular park in mind just the general sentiment. perhaps someone more local could suggest somewhere close? i usually wear a hat with flowers and my friend wears a black hat.

I don't know if I'll be able to go. The likelihood would increase if I could get a lift to atleast North Melbourne train station. Or anything really on the Craigieburn line. P.S. I don't live in Craigieburn.

I'm going to Bar Zooka at about 5 (284 Sydney Road) then the Retreat (280) about 6. I hope I don't get too pissed before the gig, but 2 for 1 vouchers at Bar Zooka might put that sensible idea to rest...

Fuck me. The best, funniest, saddest, happiest, craziest, most drunken night ever. I hurt too much to comment further (hell, I think I"m still pissed) but it was fantastic. Good to meet some of the crew, you know who you are. I'll offer something more insightful when I remove the remnants of the booze from my system. Somehow.

most excellent gig, figured the mosh pit could have got quite messy, but everyone kept themselves nice. did anyone happen to get any sort of recording of back to mine? twas lovely to meet some of you dudes....and we got home safely....at 20 to 12. times like sunday night are hard to find....shared greif and celebration amongst people who barely know each other is both recogniton of tokins impact on us all and the fact that there is still humanity amongst srangers.

Just got back to Adelaide. Still happy about last night's shenanigans, but unfortunately my ear exploded on the flight home (luckily it's my deaf one, but damn it hurts...might have to get to a doctor). Sooooo pissed, haven't hit it that hard with that much intensity in ages, but didn't suffer a hangover...cos we went to a pub this arvo, haha. Loved the gig, different from the last time, more casual yet really polished. The boys have something happening, a gap that needs to be filled in the Aussie music market. Good to hear they're going to Sydney and Brissie this year...need to get the fuckers to Adelaide though ;) Photos soon...

Umm, I spoke to Barnaby (I think)...or was it Henri or DC?....damn jugs of beers! Anyway, it was mentioned at least twice during the nights' conversations. A fair bit later in the year anyway, I'm sure news will come to hand in plenty of time for locals to organise to go to the gigs.
