I *think* so. Will have a look. Might be on the craplist, but not sure. I have a feeling (if indeed I do have it) that the orignal source is gone. Will check tonight.

Different interview but thanks none the less! I'm thinking of wandering up to the national library in Canberra and nicking their copy of the book.

Gohst- 10-29-2008

Tism Guide to Little Aesthetics
Could you please provide the ISBN number for TISM Guide to Little Aesthetics, skip? My mum's a librarian and I'm hoping she can track one down that I can 'borrow' for a long time. Cheers

Gohst- 11-04-2008

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_TISM_Guide_to_Little_Aesthetics Reckon's the ISBN is 0-7316-8582-2

It's from the 80s, so I'm not sure if it has an ISBN...maybe an SBN. Okay, it's an ISBN (gf is a librarian ;) ). 07316 85822 It's pretty easy to search for and find in some of Australia's libraries. Some copies (from memory) are in 'special collections', which means you won't be able to remove them and possibly won't be able to photocopy them (unless you be surreptitious). Personally, I'd feel pretty bad if one was 'borrowed' for a long time...the libraries that do happen to have it are probably the last bastion for it to possibly be available to anyone, especially if digitisation projects of worthwhile material become mainstream over the next few years. If you do borrow it (and I'd implore that you return it!), at least take the time to scan it in and make it available to everyone! Before you return it of course. Seriously As an owner of it, I'd do this if I had the time. I'm not worried about worth, the authors' autographs are what make it worth something for me ;)

Hmmm, should I say I'm a very slow reader, I'm originally from the country, I'm cleptophobic or...... Whoops, did I say that outloud??? Okay, skip...if I find the book in a library, I promise i won't steal it...just photocopy it or scan it. You made me feel bad!!!!!! (unless I make a copy that looks like the original and put that back on the shelf....nah, just kidding!)

KingBean- 11-05-2008

As someone who is CONSTANTLY browsing secondhand book shops, op shops, etc, in a hopeful search for a copy, I think it would be absolutely GRAND if someone (skip....) could post a photo of what the spine looks like, along with a CD or something for a size comparison. It sure would make things a bit easier...!! :)

evilive138- 11-05-2008

Is anyone planning on scanning/typing this? If not, if anyone lives in the Illawarra area (and owns the book), I'm more than willing to type the entire thing out. I really want to read this

tismstein- 11-05-2008

Hey there! I'm really after those demo tape versions, those old links are dead. Especially want "I Go To Werribee", much better than the Best Off version. Any help would be much appreciated!

evilive138- 11-08-2008

Anybody got the three following wanker-era rarities? Drop the 'Tude Untz... I Go Off If anybody did, I'd be super appreciative. I have every other rarity if anybody needs them uploaded as well by the way

zero_yards- 11-08-2008

I think I might have them on something I bought off ebay... Give me a bit to check it out.
