The Bold, The Brave & The Best Of Australian Animated Shorts (link) Seventeen shorts follow on disc one, with personal favourites including: Union Street, an amusing peek behind the walls of an inner-city street by Wendy Chandler and narrated by Andrew Denton; two Life Be In It TV ads starring Norm (Homer Simpson's prototype?); Local Dive, directed by Sarah Watt four years before she made her feature debut with Look Both Ways; Oscar-winner Adam Elliot's Cousin, the story of a kid with cerebral palsy; and Bernard Derriman's simple, endearing video clip for the TISM song Everyone Else Has Had More Sex Than Me, featuring a melancholy rabbit. Yeah, good to see you back. I wonder if this DVD is at related to the short animation festival that was mentioned on JJJ last year. I mentioned it on here sometime back. I'll probably get it. Be worth watching I'm sure. And there's a bunny on the cover :D
