alright jokers heres the go! me Baron Boronia, no longer in Boronia but still living in melbourne...i gots a thinking that halloween is coming up soon, an considering this is a forum full of shit stirrers (from melbourne for the most part i hope) i wanted to plot a little bit of a flash mobbing expedition...thats right, causing non violent mayhem, to have on looking gasping at the oxygen exclaiming "what the fuck!?" so what do i have in mind ya ask? well i saw the 300 a while ago an thought how ridiculiously over zealious they are, an thought...with that same kinda of zeal...with enough insanity it could make one hell of a fun time at the expence of the public so heres what i want to do; i want to arrange 50+ people (30 would be a good number also, as 50+ could get out of hand with organization of stuffs) in spartan garb to rock around the melbourne CBD, doing shit ranging from spartans playing dance dance revolution....spartans claiming monuments in the name of sparta, spartans eating out...an marching down the street saying in unison "hup hup hup hup" or even "oi oi oi oi" but thats all i have for the moment for activitys...i'm guessing the rest will come to us when were out there...if all else fails...the spantans go mini golfing with their spears...it'd also be cool if we could have our antics filmed so what do i need from you? just your feed-back really...would you take part in this event? would you think this event would be a waste of time...what else would like the spartan to be doing...you know shit like that! In the true spirit of randomness, the role of leadership will be switching from spartan to spartan in this flash mobbing expedition, meaning...once your in the drivers seat...you drive the spartans to their next activity so how bout it....tell me this concept isn't too outlandish for the regular TISM fan, after all....we already adore a group of costumed men/boys/artistic entitys what you'd need; one spartan out fit consisting of one chest plate with fake muscles helmet (be creative guys...it could be a stack hat with a broom attached to it for all i care) one roman leather skirt...think roman legion outfit sandles or thongs....something comfy to walk an run in a full spartan helmet would be good for hiding the face, but if ya gonna use something else for a helmet, use something to cover your face capes are optional yes gentlemen, i am serious

ohhh....improvised round shields an spears would be good also, just so we can form shield walls while walking down the street, hence blocking people off forcing them to move! :lol:

If you're looking for shields, try those hardware places that still sell those old silver garbage cans. Also, all the Spartans need to dance in unison to All Homeboys Are Dickheads.

rubbish can lids make fine shields! an they can be painted...i really be fucked making 30-50 wooden round shields to be honest, an i had thought about breaking out into random song...but never doing the tisms songs with matching dances thank you very much for the idea Gohst it doesn't have to happen on halloween, shit...the more planning behind this make for a better day of mayhem...holyjoe! you don't have to be from melbourne to lead your own group of spartans...it would be incanny an tres' cool, if various groups of spartans were noticed in capital cities within days of each other :tism: maybe this is something i need to put on the boiler for a while :tism:

it would have to be on a weekend...sure it'd be nice to see people rushing out of their buildings an coming to see us march an all...but there always seems to be more people out on the street on weekends i've noticed....a pub trip is a must, even spartans need fluids! so far you are the only lot of people i put this too, at the moment there is no set date for this event, as its still in the embryonic stage of planning as soon as i get a decent ammount of people, thats when i'll start chasing costumes an researching dancemoves i'll keep you all posted!
